Book is Good with back cover mostly detached and front cover slightly faded. Ex-library but without the numerous markings usually associated - bookplate of…the Odd Fellows Dodge Library on inside front cover, small number tag on the spine, etc. Frontispiece with tissue guard in Very Good or better condition along with additional illustrations, including of the Aurora with tissue guard. A Good copy of this quite scarce and interesting work on the exploration of the Arctic.
