Auflage der Original-Prüfungsfragen "Allgemeine Pharmakologie" wurde komplett überarbeitet und enthält Fragen aus den Examina bis einschließlich Herbst 1995. Das gesamte Buch ist nach dem neuesten Gegenstandskatalog ausgerichtet und entsprechend aktualisiert worden. Auf Anregung vieler Studenten haben wir Lerntexte in den Kommentarteil aufgenommen, die zusammen mit den Kommentaren und Tabellen als Repititorium benutzt werden können. Bei den neueren Fragen (ab Herbst 1989) haben wir die Ergebnisse der sog. Item-Analyse des IMPP berücksichtigt, d. h. Fragen, die bundesweit von besonders vielen Studenten falsch beantwortet wurden und somit einen hohen Schwierigkeitsindex haben, sind besonders gekennzeichnet (*)Alle Fragen, bei denen die richtige Lösung bundesweit von weniger als 70% der Studenten identifiziert wurde, sind gekennzeichnet. Auf falsche Lösungen, die von mehr als 15 % der Studenten gewählt wurden, sind wir gezielt eingegangen. Dadurch ist es möglich, sich bei Zeitmangel auf schwierige Fragen zu konzentrieren. Diese Kennzeichnung der Fragen wurde von ca. 70% der Studenten, die einen Fragebogen zurückgesandt haben, begrüßt. Wir bitten den Fragebogen auszufüllen, da er uns Feedback gibt und uns hilft, Anregungen für kommende Auflagen zu bekommen. Kritik ist ausdrücklich erwünscht, besonders wenn sie konstruktiv ist. Der konstante Erfolg unseres Buches während der letzten 11 Jahre ist mit Sicherheit auch auf ständige Studenten-gerechte Verbesserungen basierend auf den Fragebögen zurückzuführen. Wir hoffen daher auch diesmal wieder auf zahlreiche Beteiligung. Um der seit 1975 ständig steigenden Fragenzahl gerecht zu werden und um den Charakter eines Prüfungsbuches zu wahren, haben wir Fragen vor 1982 nicht mit aufgenommen. Die inhaltliche Vollständigkeit ist auch weiterhin durch die Lerntexte und Kommentare, die diese Inhalte mit abdecken, garantiert.
