Glossy cover has a small light crease at top front corner, and the top corners of the pages in the front half of the book have a light bend. Fairly minor; doesn't affect use. No noticeable wear to extremities, wrappers clean and bright, all photos in find condition, else fine with no internal markings. "This book is not an autobiography in the conventional, chronological sense, but it is rather a collection of memoirs or sketches of the many colorful people and fascinating events which have shaped my life. Raymond T. Lahar, Pomona, California July, 1997." [from the preface] Includes much information about his fighting in Italy in WWII by this former resident of Pomona, CA, who was born Newport, Vermont.

There is a lengthy personal inscription by Wuchter in which she says this is "my first published story in a book," dated April 13, 2005. Schilling's story is entitled "Vacation Bible School" and Wuchter's is "A Day at the Fair." Front cover has a crease resulting in a 3" long dog-ear at the bottom corner.
