Contents & original publication info include: The Simple Art of Murder (The Atlantic Monthly 12/44), Spanish Blood (Black Mask 11/35), I'll Be Waiting (The Saturday Evening Post 10/14/39), The King in Yellow (Dime Detective 3/38), & Pearls Are a Nuisance (Dime Detective 4/39). BB 0345-27264-1-195. Light edge wear. Light edge wear with a diagonal crease to the upper right of the front over. Light rubbing to the spine hinges. Some rippling to the fore edge of pages 99 - 102 but no evidence of a damp stain. The lightly browned pages are clean and crisp. A very good copy. Note: the stock image for this ISBN is incorrect as it shows a picture of Pocket Books PB 916 from 1952.
