Appears to be the sale by William Dobbs of a property together with all barns, stables, buildings and outhouses, gardens , meadows, and pastures to a John Grove, also of Rowley Regis for the sum of one hundred pounds of lawfull money of England . Folded with no tears. Vellum in very good state. Document is in English, not Latin. Photos on request. 61 cm x 74 cm so larger than most indentures of this ilk Vellum tassle at the bottom without seal. Will be sent by DHL Express couriers for airmail postage rate quoted.
