Transit-circle observations by Thomas and George Maclear, William Mann, George Christie; Donati's Comet observations were reported in Memoirs RAS (Vol.29). Instrumental correction tables (both years), R.A. Stars (both years), Star Catalogue of concluded mean R.A and mean N.P.D. (both years), R.A. and N.P.D. of the Sun, Moon and Planets (1860); R.A. Moon's Limb and of Moon-culminating stars together with occultations of stars (both years) .
