Hardcover. Etat : Good. Some of the pages in the rear are uncut. Others have been roughly separated and have tearing at the top edge. Some have been repaired with acid-free document tape. The book is solid and tight. The paper covered covers are lightly scuffed. The spine is a soft leather and has a torn spot ( 1.5" x .5" ) on the side of the spine.
