It no way interferes with the text content, and it barely noticeable. (See scans). If it were not for this it would be listed as fine or even as new. All pages and pictures are present, the binding is clean and tight and there ia not damage to the spine or the cover corners. The dust jacket is unclipped also. A fascinating record for anyone wishing to learn more about the evolution and development of the sun-machine gun. As any ex-serviceman from the Second World War up to the 70s will testify to it being wildly inaccurate with a very short range. I always reckoned that one could block a round with a shirt and thick jumper at 100 yards. It was excellent for CQB as one could fire a lot of rounds very quickly, and probably frighten your enemy double quick. The more modern guns have achieved a degree of fame by their reliability and extremely small size like the Uzi.
