Ajouter au panierOriginal Cloth. Etat : Good. First Edition. From some kind of private lending library I believe. The spine has a 'V' in what I take to be paint and is browned and worn at the edges. The front panel has a mark at the bottom where a label of some kind has been removed - a bright patch showing the original colour of the boards and the extent to which time has darkened the remainder of the surface. Small crack at the bottom left corner of the front panel next to the spine. Corners a little bumped with some fraying. Browning to page edges with a little marking in places and one heavy black mark to the bottom edges near the spine. Ownership stamps to the front and rear pastedowns. One inch red mark to the rear endpapers. Webbing exposed at the half-title and title pages and the binding is a little slack but secure enough. Stains to pages 8 and 9 and 62 and 63 but the pages are generally unmarked. No jacket. First printing.
