Although not called for, this copy has been signed by them all (except for Gilbert) as well as by Kathy Acker and Francoise Lacroix, who were also involved - an incredible collection of signatures, particularly because Cook died soon after. Although not unique - 26 signed copies (not including this one) were lettered - signed copies are rare, not seen even by Johnson. (It is also not unique that Gilbert's signature is absent.)
