Small 8vo. vii, 60pp. The title page printed in black and red. Stiff boards with an integral vellum paper dust wrapper. A virtually fine copy in original patterned card slipcase, with just a hint of wear to several extremities. Jefferies' story 'Saint Guido' was first printed in the 'English Illustrated News' in December 1884 and was subsequently collected in 'The Open Air' (1885). Miller & Matthews C5.3.
