These data are present in so-called datasets, which are nothing more than sets of data containing public information, separated into several categories and published in specialized government portals. The data present in these archives can and should cover any public and/or private organization. For the dissemination of this information, several recommendations and some classifications were created; the formats were the evaluation project for this work and the portal chosen was the Brazilian Open Data Portal.
