Four volumes of Miro's catalog raisonne, covering Joan Miro's lithographic work from 1930-1972. Vol.1: contains his work from 1930-1952, vol.2: 1953-1963, vol.3: 1964-1969, vol.4: 1969-1972. The set features finely produced color reproductions of the artist's work. Additionally the volumes include a total of 32 original color lithographs produced for these publications by Miro, interleaved throughout the volumes, plus the 4 original lithographs on the front covers of the dust jackets. Each volume contains an table of contents. The accompanying text in these four volumes English with the artwork times and captions in French with short descriptions in English. Minor wear to dustjackets.

The other suites of lithographs are reproduced in colour or (the earliest ones) in black and white. Texts (all in Spanish) by the Surrealist writer Michel Leiris and the printer Fernand Mourlot (Vol.1, 1972) ; Raymond Queneau (Vol.2, 1975) ); Joan Teixidor (Vol.3, 1977) and Nicolas & Elena Calas(Vol.4, 1981). A Very Good+ set. Clean covers, pages and jackets, some bumps to corners with creasing to jacket corners where this occurs. A little surface marks and fraying to outer clear jacket spines; Book Vol.4 lacks the clear jacket. Pictures available.
