A doctor is in love with a woman but doesn't have time to propose to her before she leaves on a cruise to the Mediterranean. The doctor decides to join the cruise, but getting the opportunity to romance the woman of his dreams proves difficult. 8 x 10 inches, with no borders as issued. Tiny creases, else Near Fine.

Five vintage black-and-white still photographs from the 1962 UK film. Mimeograph snipes affixed to and distributor rubber-stamps on the versos. A classic slapstick comedy, about a cyclist and a businessman who get involved in an accident, after which the cyclist falls for the businessman's daughter, who persuades him to give up the bicycle, buy a sports car, and learn to drive. 7.5 x 9 inches, with no borders as issued. A tiny tear to 1 still, and slight light creases at the extremities, else Near Fine.

Final Draft script for the 1960 film. Based on Richard Gordon's 1957 novel. The fourth film in Rank's popular "Doctor" series, and the first not to feature actor Dirk Bogarde as Dr. Simon Sparrow (although Bogarde would return for the next film in the series, "Doctor in Distress" in 1963). The series follows the frequently romantic, comic antics of a group of young doctors. Set and shot on location in London. Green titled wrappers, noted as Semi-final Script on the front wrapper, dated 14-12-59. Title page present, dated December 1959, with credits for screenwriter Nicholas Phipps and novelist Richard Gordon. 128 leaves, with last page of text numbered 127. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with a silver prong.

The sixth film in the Rank Organisation's comic "Doctor" series, and the second to star Leslie Phillips in the title role. OCLC locates no holdings. AMPAS shows no holdings. Shot on location at Carnaby Street and Wormwood Scrubs. Tall blue titled wrappers, dated 2nd September, 1965, with an annotation in manuscript ink on the front wrapper, noting copy No. 44. Title page present, dated 27th August, 1965, with credits for novelist Richard Gordon and screenwriter Jack Davies. 100 leaves, with last page of text numbered 97. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with a silver prong.
