Endpapers including a photograph by James Henderson facing print of his handwriting, rear endpaper includes a collage of newspaper articles by Rosie Riess, 1952. All edges trimmed. Leaves clean and bright with numerous illustrations, landscapes, portraits, photographs, etc. Tight binding. Near fine condition. James Henderson (1871-1951) was born in Glasgow, Scotland and his works are influenced by Scottish Impressionists. He moved to Canada in 1909 and became well-known as a painter of First Nations portraits.
