First four pages of the fw also cut through but intact, traces of the cut in rest of fw. Otherwise in remarkably good condition. Only every second page numbered (628). Enclosed handwritten note of unclear origin and date (to this reader, anyway). Fw directed to Joachim von Anhalt dated 1 January 1554 and binding year 1555 (see later) suggests that the printing year is 1554. If so this could be printed in Wittemberg.
