Head and foot of spine rubbed. 5 mm closed tear to cloth covering spine and 5 mm closed tear to cloth covering bottom edge of upper board. Lower board slightly mottled. Corners of fore edges of boards lightly bumped. "By the Same Author" page has been pasted onto the front pastedown. Colour frontispiece loose. Rear pastedown and last page tanned. Occasional light foxing throughout. Fold out map lightly foxed and repaired/reinforced with tape. Overall, the book is in a good condition.
