Andet bind, "Talenter…nes Paradis" (2021), indeholder en lang raekke redskaber til arbejde med unge. "Spillernes Paradis" er et samlet bud pa, hvordan fremtidens fodboldklubber i Danmark kan se ud. Tankerne er resultatet af en arelang samtale om fodbold i alle landets klubber. Den afgorende inspiration kommer fra den engelske forfatter Simon Sinek, der med bogen "The Infinite Game" (2019) har sat flere tanker pa modsaetningerne mellem at satse pa resultater eller udvikling i fodboldklubben. Fodbold er ikke sort-hvid, men det gor en stor forskel, hvad der er den afgorende vaerdi i klubben. Er det resultater eller udvikling? Ambitionen er at finde veje til at forbedre kvaliteten og oge glaeden ved spillet blandt unge og voksne. Vi onsker at udfordre den praksis, der er i klubben, saerligt i ungdomsafdelingen. Forandringer kraever staerke relationer mellem ledere, traenere og ikke mindst spillere. Spillerne er sat i centrum. Tiden er inde til at drofte, hvorledes fremtidens fodbold skal kunne rumme nutidens unge. Unge fodboldspillere har et grundlaeggende onske om at blive set og hort i klubben. Hvordan skaber vi flere nysgerrige, engagerede og ikke mindst glade spillere? Hvad indebaerer det, at klubben vil optraede pa en mere aben og anerkendende made i ord og handling? Baeredygtighed er et centralt begreb i nutiden og vil vaere det i lang tid fremover. Men hvad er en baeredygtig fodboldklub, og hvordan bliver klubben baeredygtig? Sidst, men ikke mindst, har udviklingstilgangen indflydelse pa traenerens arbejde. Fodboldledelse er maske et bedre udtryk for den fremtidige made at gribe opgaven an pa.
