Scarce vintage children's title, vg-plus clean crisp interior, no marks, inscribed presentation bookplate to front e/paper, several excellent illustrations - approx 1" tear to lower p.111 but to the border area so no text obscured, a little dulled to closed-edge of pages with just a few foxing specks only at the very edge, vg clean firm cloth boards; d/j has light shelfwear for the age generally, chipping to top spine and lower rear corner, one or two tiny foxing specks but good bright appearance mostly, no large tears or loss - covered with a new removable sleeve-protector, not price-clipped./.
