Soft cover. Etat : Good. No clipped or missing pages. Front and back covers are clean with uneven bands of darkening around the edges of the back cover from sun exposure. There is a 1/4" tear in the bottom edge of the front cover and another in the bottom edge of the back cover. There are chips in the lower right corner of the front cover and upper left corner of the back cover. Pages are toned (age tanned). There are a few what appear to be ink blotches on pages 8, 9, 44 and 45. Very little wear otherwise.
