Hardcover, original blue-gray pebbled blindstamped decorative cloth, xiv & 671 pp + 24 pp publisher's catalogue and an apparently erroneously tipped-in title page to "Sloan's Homestead Architecture", well illustrated with drawings & fold-out chart. Very good, no dustjacket. Ex-college library. Corners bumped with a bit of cardboard exposed there, spine moderately faded with approximately 1/4 inch fraying at head and foot. Internally, front and rear hinges cracked (glue repaired) , a bit shaken, otherwise, apart from library marks, tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked; probably just flipped through, but never reallly read. Internally, previous owner's name embossed on front endpapers, lightly age tanned, with some sporadic foxing, moderate pencil underlining and marginalia on approximately 10 to 15 pages of first chapter, otherwise tight, clean, crisp, unmarked and apparently never read past the beginning.
