Both are uncommon, and, although the number in the deluxe leather binding is not known, in fact, copies in boards are seen only rarely. Siegel states that "We understand from a reliable source that upon housekeeping after Mr. Reynal's death, a large carton of Thoughts Upon Hunting Kit was taken to the dump .
