Soft cover. Etat : Very Good. 1st Edition. A shelf-worthy copy of the scarce 1966 paperback original first edition, PLUS a nice reading copy of the 1969 3rd printing. The first edition has "1st printing ? April 1966" and "Single copy price 45¢" on its copyright page, with no other printings listed. It appears unread and is in very good- condition, marred only by the cover price neatly scraped out, plus a shallow crease across cover back top corner, a short thin scrape on the back cover, a very light bump on right edge of the front cover, moderate wear on cover edges, and fading to publisher's yellow edge stain around the text block. Its binding is sound and square, with no reading creases in its spine or hinges. Covers and pages are unmarked and lightly age toned. The reading copy has "3rd Printing ? December 1969" on its copyright page, and "50¢" price on its front cover. It also appears unread, and is in very good+ condition, marred only by a 1/2" closed tear in top of the front hinge, a clear curved smudge on the front cover, and some very light wear to cover edges. Its binding is tight and square, with no reading creases in its spine or hinges, and its covers and pages are otherwise unmarked. As with all Space Age Book purchases, I will ship these books in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure they reach their new owner in the same condition as my description.
