Bound in full vellum with an armorial stamp of Haarlem on the front and rear boards, and gilt ornamentation to the boards and spine. Paneled spine with handwritten ink titling, has a loss of vellum along the tail end, partially detached tail endband. Boards and spine are partially detached from textblock. Small regularly spaced punctures to vellum on front and rear boards, apparently from now absent book clasps. Boards have moderate rubbing wear, stains, and tears along the tail joint corner, fore corners and spine edges. Moderate bumping to corners. Textblock has partially detached vellum along the head edge of the interior boards. Light age toning along the edges, light foxing and soiling on some pages throughout. Text in Latin.
