Deckle fore-edge. Toning to front endpapers from laid-in newspaper clipping regarding author's passing; ink ownership signature at top of front pastedown with ink signature of different owner at top of front free endpaper; a few stains and some occasional light foxing to interior leaves which, overall, remain clean. Binding is firm. A very good- copy. Features concluding section of 28 b/w plates on fourteen unpaged leaves with images by photographer Noble Bretzman. {RegAm-Shelf#7}.
