With Sir Walter's introduction and a dedicatory epistle attributed to Laurence Templeton. With 16 illustrations in full color by Rowland Wheelwright. --- In full dark blue cloth-covered boards with cover and spine titling in gilt. Volume lacks a dust jacket. --- Spine gilding has nearly completely flaked away, and with dampstains and some soiling to cloth.
