Pages printed on glazed card stock, each with either a folding half-page overlay or a hinged, movable panel featuring die cut windows with translucent red mylar. Images accompany facing page riddles, the answers to which are revealed when the color masking red window is moved to reveal more detail in the image. Boards lightly shelf rubbed at corner tips and spine ends. Bright, sound and attractive with fully functional and complete mechanical elements. VG or better.

No listed copyright date. Judging from the artwork - late 1960's or early 70's. There is edge wear and corner bumping with board showing. Some rubbing of the covers, sticker residue upper corner of front board. Binding is solid. Owner's name inked small upper edge of title page, otherwise unmarked. First illustration pop-up has one detached section, everything else works. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.
