Ajouter au panierEtat : Very good. - Quarto, 11-3/4 inches high by 9-1/4 inches wide. Hardcover, bound in pictorial white cloth stamped in gilt & titled in gilt on the spine with endpaper maps. The book is laid into a dust wrapper featuring a photograph by Toni Hagen. The edges of the dust jacket are chipped with short tears to the head of the jacket's spine. 118 pages followed by a suite of photographic illustrations. The book is illustrated with 29 color plates, 42 monochrome plates, 18 sketch-maps and a relief map of Nepal. There is a spot of foxing to the fore edge of the book. Very good. First edition.With an introduction by the Prime Minister of Nepal, B.P. Koirala, an essay by F.T. Wahlen "Our Responsibility towards Economically Developing Countries", and "The Role of the Individual in the Ideological Struggle of Our Time'. The translation is by Britta M. Charleston.
