There is a small numerical stamp in the top fore edge corner of the front wrap. Flake 9345. The final report of the Governor of the Territory of Utah, Caleb W. West, and a report announcing that the President had signed the proclamation admitting Utah into the Union of the States. The report also describes the resulting ceremonies surrounding the event.
