No Signature.

Cover has bumped/slightly frayed corners, small rub through on bottom of spine edge, and shelf/dirt marks. Pages are very clean and binding is tight. Page edges have small, light stain (tanning?). Paper on iside front and back covers has split. First page has partial tear (not through paper) in center leaving a fringe of paper.

One of the publisher's Great Pennsylvania Frontier Series. Limited edition, number 205 of 1000, now apparently scarcer than the original edition. Hardcover, as pictured; no jacket, as issued. Light wear, but embossed seal to title page, minor bump to base of spine. Text clean; [4], xix, blank, 342 pages; a few maps, index. Size: Octavo.

Full blue-purple cloth with gilt lettering on the spine and front cover, endpapers slightly age-toned, Jacket has been extensively water damaged at the bottom & top edge. with slightly darkening at the spine, dust jacket is complete and still presentable. Overall a EXCELLENT book in a FAIR dust jacket. Photos available upon request. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hardcover.

Softcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : No Dust Jacket. Very Good Condition. Cover has some minor rubbing. Previous owner created their own dust jacket by copying the cover and then protected the book in a Brodart cover. No marks on the text block. No marks of previous ownership or inscriptions. Previous owner did reinforce the rear stapled hinge with tape. The fold-out map is intact and in excellent condition. Lots of black and white photographs througout. A lovely edition created by the Work Projects Administration in the State of Florida. ; B&W Photographs; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 87 pages.
