Cal Giardina (born Carlo Giardina, 20 February 1970) is an Australian actor working in both Australia and the United States. Cal Giardina grew up in the country town of Traralgon in Victoria, Australia and is of Italian descent. At age 9, he spent a year in United States and attended primary school in Middletown, Connecticut. At age 12, he gathered some school buddies to make a short film about the Kelly Gang for a school project. Playing the role of Ned Kelly, he knew from that day he wanted to be an actor. He left high school at the age of 16 and attended Pivot Point Hair College and eventually settled in Melbourne. Giardina opened his first hair salon in 1989 called Wings Mens Hairdressing in South Yarra for a couple of years then worked in broadcasting at Fox FM, Gold 104.3 and Mix 101.1. In 1996 he worked at Warner Bros. Movie World and went on to host a variety of events around Australia and was the official host for the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Australia Pageant. 80 pp. Englisch.…
