Laminated folio sheet folded twice to make six panels, in the style of a menu from a Chinese restaurant. ("Human House" is presumably a play on "Hunan House.") Measuring approximately 6½" x 13" closed. One corner bumped with a tiny split, very good or better. Copy 89 of 200 copies printed, Signed on the rear panel by McGarry, the artist, and the designer. A charmer.
