But for the mis-bound pages, a fine copy in near fine dust jacket. (Note: Although this is the first appearance of the work, and but for the absence of the slipcase, appears for all intents and purposes the same as the 1988 "true" first edition, this 1987 printing was not authorized by the authors.).
