According to his view, the explanation of such institutions should be exempt from neopatrimonial interpretation. The study was situated from the phenomenological paradigm, with a mixed methodological approach in which techniques such as documentary review, workshops, observation, survey and interview in educational institutions in the department of Antioquia (Colombia) were used. The research in this line contributes to the fact that Colombians are better prepared to face a conflictive past and to assume a reconciliation process that allows a shared present and a peaceful future. One of the products of interest are microbial emulsifiers or bioemulsifiers, which allow the solubilization and emulsification of various pollutants. These biomolecules can be applied as additives to soil washing solutions in replacement of commercial surfactants. For the field phase, 25 samples were taken for each of the areas, for a total of 50 samples. Pre-enrichment of rhizospheric soil samples and isolation for cellulolytic microorganisms and phosphate solubilizers on CMC and SRS agar were performed; colonies were identified macroscopically and microscopically and characterized by biochemical tests. For the analysis of the data, normality tests, t-student and a principal component analysis were performed. Twelve microorganisms from cellulolytic and phosphate solubilizing groups were identified. The microorganism Oerskovia sp. and Cryptococcus sp. was the most frequent species for the two areas with different degree of intervention, this is due to its cellulolytic action in relation to Speletia grandiflora. 68 pp. Englisch.
