The first page after the title page is loose and the hi nge is going there. Pages are browned and brittle with age. A couple have broken loose near the back. No date except 1870 at begining of ads in back. Green cloth to simulate leather. Both hinges gone on outside and tape covering. up to first band on bottom of spine is gone. Title page and frontis is very nice with tissue present but loose.
