The book is in a similarly good condition with moderate spotting on the top edge (image) and an ink name/date on the ffep (image). pp.250/8vo. It's Nov. 1939 & he has insisted he is leaving school and joining the Belfast ARP. Condition: DJ spine faded some browning to flaps. Boards good colour & condition. Slight discolouration on end papers. A few corner page folds. Outer page edges collectively especially top edge discoloured with age. Otherwise v clean, v little wear, good colour, tight binding, VGC.
