He has published widely in the fields of history, international affairs, and law. Dr. Shulman has edited The Laws of War: Constraints on Warfare in the Western World with Sir Michael Howard and George Andreopoulos, and edited another volume on General Telford Taylor and the prosecution of war crimes.
