I-II grades of children's music schools The proposed short textbook for learning to play the violin is addressed to pupils of the first and second grades of the children's music school as an additional teaching material to the currently used "Schools". The collection consists of two sections: I. Exercises accompanied by the second violin (No. 1-31); II. Exercises and Pieces with Piano Accompaniment (No. 32-54). It contains all the necessary elements of the initial development of technology. Melodic examples are conducive to the softness of the sound and the smoothness of changing positions. Depending on the methodological tasks, they are given in the following order: No. 1 - 16 - mastering open strings (rhythmized bowing); acquaintance with pauses (No. 14 - 16), equal in duration to the metropaths already known to students; 17-31 - setting the fingers of the left hand (the exercises provide for the most comfortable position of the fingers with a semitone ratio between the second and third); a combination of an open string with a string pressed by the third and fourth fingers for the correct positioning of the left hand (No. 19, 21); familiarization with the legato stroke (No. 23, 27-29); 32 - 36 - familiarization with the tonalities in which all subsequent pieces and exercises are written; 37 - 42 - six light pieces on themes of Russian folk songs (in the first position); 43 - 46 - development of mobility and freedom of the fingers of the left hand (the legato stroke contributes to the achievement of the task); 47, 48 - strokes detache and martele (it is advisable at this stage of learning to master martele not by sharp pressure, but on the basis of a slight acceleration of detache and separation of sounds by pauses); 49, 50 - joining strings (this important area of stroke technique requires the development of flexibility in the right hand); 51 - the simplest combinations of double notes; 52- 54 - changing positions (mastering one of the main techniques largely predetermines all further development of the student's violin technique). The introduction of accompaniment in all types of exercises contributes to the stability of intonation and serves as the necessary metro-rhythmic support. Thus, the artistically enriched material becomes more attractive to the student, arousing in him a keen interest in classes, as a result of which the effectiveness of the educational process is significantly increased.
