Theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used to obtain the information. The sample represented the entire population. The proposed didactic strategy was corroborated by experts' criteria. A before and after study was carried out, which showed that the Program was effective, obtaining progress in the different stages planned in it. The results achieved were socialized in events. The dialectic relationships established in the design of the Didactic Strategy favored the dynamics of the continuous improvement process, constituting the precepts that characterized its essence and development. 84 pp. Englisch.
