Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, weitere zelluläre Angriffsziele von Chlorbiphenyl-Derivaten von Vancomycin zu finden. Hierzu wurde die Methode des Activity Based Protein Profiling (ABPP) angewandt. Es wurden mehrere Sonden mit unterschiedlichem Aufbau synthetisiert und an den Proteomen der Gram-positiven Bakterien B. subtilis, Listeria welshimeri und Bacillus licheniformis sowie der Gram-negativen Bakterien Pseudomonas putida und Escherichia coli getestet.…
