The author Anne Neumann subdivides those health collaborations in Operational and R&D Nonprofit-Private Partnerships and explains their characteristics. Having analyzed current partnerships, the book describes the reasons for collaboration, discusses current practices and gives recommendations on how to improve upon the status quo. The author developed a roadway to successful partnerships and a checklist to analyze current collaborations. This book targets decision makers in health nonprofit organizations, pharmaceutical companies and all parties involved in health nonprofit-private partnerships.
