MISSING FOUR: the large pop-up castle; the harmonic red accordion; Hunt s Tomato Can pop-up; the twelve-sided geodesic sphere sculpture/mobile lacking but its remnant black sting still present between pages 28-29. *** PRESENT SIX: pop-up bi-plane present between pages 12-13; spring-loaded circular paper cut-out "Andy Warhol's The Chelsea Girls . . ." affixed to page 14; Lou Reed picture record between pages 30-31; rainbow and black noses large foldout between pages 40-41; tab sheet (six of the original ten tabs present) tipped-in at page 51; usual unfortunate melting to the balloon between pages 52-53 causing those two pages to be adhered along a swath of their respective spine gutter margin areas. *** Binding is firm. Only a good copy of a book which is notorious for being found incomplete and worn but remains an iconic artifact of Warhol's pop art concepts and issued when Warhol was experimenting in multimedia productions and, of course, was managing The Velvet Underground.
