Mexico 1886-1946) a modernist painter, poet and muralist from the Porfirio Díaz regime, spent a large part of his productive years in Europe. This exhibition presents 11 paintings done for the Embassy of Mexico in France, between 1926 and 1927, while he was living in Paris. It follows the iconographic models of the Mexican Plenipotentiary in France at the time, Alberto J. Pani. A brief selection of his poems is included. En esta publicacion se conjuntan 11 pinturas de Zárraga (b. Durango, México 1886, d.1946) que reflejan el aspecto de la cultura mexicana el progreso de la humanidad y la influencia francesa bajo el art déco, mezclando rasgos costumbristas y otras influencias del autor.
