Condition is Near Fine: actually feels never opened, but with slight spine fading. Else, completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white & unmarked. The protective slipcase with a decorative green paper pastedown encircling the exterior is VG, with rubbing around the opening & slight cracking to case along upper edges--cosmetic only, does not affect sturdiness. The slipcase is solid & sturdy, with no rips or tears, but heavily rubbed to all extremities, with some paper loss to opening.
