Otherwise it's similar to the American 1st Edition. pp.ix, 658 pages, a very good hardback, publisher's original red cloth binding with gilt lettering to the spine (slightly sunned - lettering still visible). NOT FROM A LIBRARY and indeed completely clean from any former owner makings.
