As frequent with this publisher, there is no date on the title page; there are no further printings indicated. 409 pp. Frontispiece and five other b/w illustrations by Harrison Fisher. Bound in dark green cloth with a powerful decorated cover by Rome Richardson with his signature separated R's on the cover. Three black 1904-era ticker tape machines are typing out three streams of tape that are curving gracefully into three white woven wastebaskets. The title above is bold and in gold; the author's name is at the bottom in black. The spine has room for one ticker tape machine, with lettering in gold. A classic example of the decorated trade binding circa 1900. This copy is unmarked inside. There is a little soiling of the page tops when closed. A very small amount of white has rubbed off the wastebasket on the spine if you look closely. Overall, the book is in near fine condition with both spine and front cover eminently displayable.
