Hardcover. Etat : Good. Etat de la jaquette : Yes, with plastic cover. Book is square and binding is tight. Contents are clean throughout. Cover boards are in good shape with minimal signs of wear. Dust jacket is in good shape. Top edges of pages are dusty. Although a library copy, it was only circulated a few times. Former library book with usual library stamps, labels, tape stains and markings.

Accompanied by a typed letter signed "Dick" on Button's personal letterhead, 1 page, 10.5 x 7.25 inches, no place, September 27, 1983, in full: "Dear Aja Vrazanova Zanova-Steindler (known to the rest of the world as Mrs. Paul Steindler), You are indeed the most spectacular, longest legged, delightfully nutty, slightly wicked, ever intriguing, best looking, most sought after, deliciously special, incredibly sexy, and most important contributor to any evening's success. You have only one problem. Why don't you get that dipstick of a husband of yours to buy you something other than that old, ratty, moth-eaten, white rabbit skin?
