Printed compliments slip from House of Seagram enclosed. Includes illustrated plates. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Slight gutter cracking. Binding is firm. Foxing and tanning more noticeable towards start and end of book and on text block edges. Attached bookmark is slightly frayed at the end. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Slight water staining to front. Sticker traces to rear. Spine is slightly sunned. Gilt is dull.

Published by The House Of Seagram, this is a private and limited edition, printed in 1941. The book is illustrated throughout with maps and drawings by Canadian Artists. Included with the book is the original card from the House of Seagram offering the book as a complimentary copy. In near fine condition, the binding is straight and tight and the boards are clean. There is some darkening to the spine. The end papers and pages are clean without marks, tears or inscriptions. The original two silk tapes are still attached. The book is presented a blue slip case which is in fair condition, with a stain to the front and wear to the edges. Will be dispatched wrapped in bubblewrap and in a cardboard box.
