This work aimed at identifying cases of regularization of urban works in the municipality of Cerro Largo - Rio Grande do Sul, analyzing the urbanistic aspects and identifying the irregularities of urban works, pointing out the possible origins, causes, consequences that interfere in the social and structural development of the cities. 68 pp. Englisch.
