Harold McCracken says, "Charlie Dye was a cowboy at heart and a dedicated artist in the field he knew and loved the best". The First Edition is far superior to the reprint both in printing quality and presentation. Handsomely bound in full brown leather like cloth, spine lettering gilt. A fine bright copy in a very good unclipped pictorial dust jacket with just a hint of fading to spine and minor spots of rubbing to edges.
